Architect & Project Manager
Annaida Corda focuses on architectural design and project coordination, with a particular emphasis on space, context, and sustainability.
Her professional experience gained in Sweden has helped define a design approach oriented toward a balance between client needs, aesthetic sensitivity, and conscious construction choices, with a focus on durability and building efficiency.
Originally from Sardinia, she has a deep knowledge of the territory and local bureaucratic dynamics, guiding projects from the design phase to completion while enhancing the traditional architectural features of the island within a contemporary vision.

Benedetta Susnik
Interior & Brand Designer
Benedetta Susnik specializes in interior design and brand strategy, working on the identity of space as an extension of the identity of those who inhabit or represent it.
Her international educational background, developed also in Ireland, is rooted in visual arts and creative design, integrating design, digital marketing, and visual communication. This experience has contributed to building a multidisciplinary approach that combines aesthetic sensitivity, interior design, and the narrative construction of space.
Through the integration of interior design and branding, she develops environments that are coherent from both a perceptual and strategic standpoint, where materials, atmosphere, and visual identity dialogue to create recognizable, versatile spaces capable of evolving over time.
